An average inspection on
a 2000 Square foot home will take approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Compiling the report, including editing and inserting photographs
into the report can also take an additional 3 to 4 hours.
The
completed report will be emailed to the client and with written permission
to the clients agent upon completion.
When Inspector General,
LLC is contacted to perform an inspection and the terms are agreed
to verbally, a written agreement stating the Scope an Limitations
of the inspection will be emailed to the client for signature.
